Tomorrow is his mother’s birthday. For years, she waited for the moment she could see and hug her son again – and now, he will finally be home for her birthday.
Ukrainian defenders released from Russian captivity are calling their families, crying with happiness, and asking to share one message with everyone still waiting for their loved ones:
“Don’t worry. They are holding on. They are strong. They are not giving up.”
